To do this, go to the Class Notebook tab in your notebook, hit the three dots on the right side, and then Manage Notebooks. Tip: When all the work is done in the collaboration space, you can lock it so that no one is allowed to add in more information. Just click Page Versions and under that page in the Navigation Panel, you will see the previous versions of the same page. In addition, for a more detailed look at the studentвЂ™s process, you can view the different page versions. This is a great way for you to hold your student accountable. This will show you line-by-line which students have added what information to the page. In the View tab on the top ribbon, click Show Authors. When your students have completed their group project, you can review the work and track who has done what. When you have completed assigning all your students to a section, they can begin their work! Reviewing Student Work in the Collaboration Space You can allow all students to view this page, but only those specifically assigned to that section can edit that space. This will allow only those specific students to edit this section.

Click on one of the sections you have just created for your group project and assign students to it. These settings look similar to what you have when you open the Manage Notebook within Teams, however, here you have the ability to edit the Collaboration Space Permissions. Find the Class Notebook App on the side tab or in the All Apps icon. This way, students will not mistakenly type in the wrong group. We can manage your Class Notebook to be stricter by giving the students access to only their own group projects. Manage Permissions in the Collaboration Space Once you have the Collaboration Space prepped, we can move on to restricting students to be able to edit only one part of the collaboration space, instead of the whole space. Students can add in their research by adding different pages to their assigned sections. Create a Section for each group in your group project. If you have set it up, navigate to the Collaboration Space.
